Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Even though there are exemption please reach out to us if there is an issue with the order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. W
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It might take a couple of days for the refund to show on your statement.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at help@cosology.com

You will most likely not be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Reach out to us and in most situations we will provide you with a shipping label.
If you are shipping an item over $75, and you are paying for the shipping, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
